PREPARATION
Orders are prepared within 1 to 5 working days.
I always make sure to honor this commitment. However, regarding:

For orders of hand-dyed yarns/wools and during "high" periods (linked to the release of a pattern), this delay may be longer. During these periods, the preparation time will be indicated on the sheet for the item concerned.

Items subject to "pre-order" will mention the date from which the items will be shipped.
An order is only sent when it is complete.
In the notes on the shopping cart page, you can indicate whether you would like to receive a free Le Style Knitting sewing label.
Delivery
En fonction du pays de destination, vous aurez le choix entre une livraison à domicile avec numéro de suivi (colissimo / La Poste) et une livraison en point relais (Mondial Relay / Shop2Shop).
Les délais sont ceux du transporteur sélectionné. Compter 2 jours ouvrés pour La Poste et 3 à 5 jours ouvrés pour les points relais.
Les frais de livraison sont calculés en fonction du transporteur sélectionné, de la destination et du poids de la commande.
